Those guys are the best I have ever seen. The two Johns are exceptional, and Chris is phenomenal, I fall in love with the people over there. They’re very professional and know exactly how to satisfy a customer. I visited a lot of stores in this country but this store is just the best. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. Today I desperately needed an HVAC Fan Blade. I went to Johnstone Supply in Gaithersburg, Maryland and they were great! I searched a couple of places prior to Johnstone Supply and got no help. When I arrived at the Gaithersburg, MD location, Chris immediately reached out to me and he was excellent. Chris stuck with me till he found the part and processed it quickly. Ridiculous, they can’t sell a transformer to a home owner, really? i need a specialist to change a transformer? OMG
