Great customer service, very knowledgeable. No sense driving around when you can it all at one location.

They discriminate and don't sell equipment to whomever they decide unworthy of purchasing equipment. Not sure about the politics they play. I stay away anyway. Too many suppliers that sell us anything we want for last 30 years. John Crow attitude over there.

Have been trying to use Johnstone per company request. This store is a joke. Wile the people in the location are nice, they are incapable of performing their job. I ordered parts and was told delivery would be Tuesday, then when the parts never showed up they told me Thursday they would be in. It’s now Friday and the parts are still not there. This is something tropic supply has got next day in the past for me. Now due to Johnstone giving out false ETA times we might lose a customer to our business. Don’t use Johnstone if you like to keep your customers happy.

I used to be able to buy filters there but can't any longer

The location is good. Close to where I live. But the prices are a little bit higher than the other supply houses. Otherwise it's a good backup for me, as far as location
