Jeff Duncan has got us taken care of more times than I can count. Very good for both commercial and residential!
Called for a part gave the part number they had one in stock. It was not a carrier part. They told me on the phone that I would have to have an account to order the carrier original. So I ask how much was the one in stock he said 15 to 20 dollars. I said that one will be ok. Drove all the way over there and they would not sell it to me. They said their policy was you had to have an account to buy an electrical item. So I ordered the factory original from eBay for 28 dollars free shipping. Should get in two days. I can buy anything they sell in their store from eBay. I will never do business with them again.
Beautiful man behind the counter Darian is amazing. He could sell a snowball to an Eskimo. Great mustache too. Awesome service
One of the best stores I’ve been to during my time as a service tech. Knowledgeable and friendly counter sales people, good selection of products, great classes, and drinks/snacks for techs just makes the place an enjoyable experience.
Good customer service and they have a good variety of items.
