Kristina is great! Very responsive and helpful
Very unprofessional behavior. I turned in warranty parts, an ecm motor and indoor control board, that they said I never turned in. I filled out warranty form myself and brought back warranty items on 7-22-2024. Talked to Kristina at counter.
John Reiss at the Salisbury location is excellent to work with. He is very fast and efficient. This location is a pleasure to work with in general!
