Hayden is AWESOME. I’m an HVAC technician down in Houston. You can only imagine how crazy it gets down there, it’s the HVAC capital of the world. I go to different supply houses almost every day all over the place, Johnstone being one of them. This past weekend I was visiting my family who all live in Denison. I found my 96 year old grandfather has a leak in his evaporator coil and I didn’t have any refrigerant with me. I went to Johnstone with my dad to get everything I needed to work on his and every other family members house (to be expected when you’re the only hvac technician/electrician in the family). I am so thankful for Paul! He really helped us out today when we were in a bind. We needed a tool for my AC unit, and the store was closing in about 10 minutes. It may have been a simple thing, but it meant the world to us. Paul went above and beyond, showing that true customer service is still out there. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Eric goes above and beyond to assist the contractors! Anytime that I call Eric or TJ, I know my problem is solved. They do exactly what they tell you they will and more. These guys give us the ability to keep Heavenly Air delivering quality products and service to our customers. Could not do it without them! We gladly followed Eric from the Denton location to Sherman. More of a drive but we are definitely sticking with these guys! HIGHLY recommend!!! ********** - 10 stars!
