not a friendly place... heavy emphasis on telling you what they want do as opposed to what they will do. I even told the guy I had a much friendlier experience at the other two HVAC suppliers very close by... he shrugged it off and said he really could care less

I've been doing business with this specific location for about 6 months now and have been extremely pleased in doing so. From the counters all the way to delivery, their communication and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. I have not encountered one employee there who hasn't done his job well. Jason, Rusty, Eric, and Chad have all been exceptional in serving us and we are so thankful for them, as well as all of the others who continuously play a part in making us feel so important.

This is the second time we've gone here and one particular counter salesman has been rude and sarcastic to my boss on two separate occasions. We're at a parts house to pick up parts, not rude remarks. We're also not thrilled that they do not have parts that should be fairly standard to carry in a parts house for the equipment lines that they carry.

I have bought so much from these people before, and every year I have to keep taken time away to take my epa card and make a cash account. I do not know what's so hard to keep it on file. The worst at keeping up files.. I will start using someone else.

I have to say with hands down Allen Bryant in Greenville is the man!!! He is by far the nicest business man I have met this far, and just as personable about this industry as I am. I feel privileged to do business with him.
