I have worked in the ac industry in the victoria region for almost 20 years and have had the ability to visit all the supply houses here in the area, none compare. Why? Unlike other supply houses they have things in stock. Others are still in the pandemic trip pretending they have to order everything to charge for freight costs. When you walk through the door the employees greet you immediately and ask immediately how they can help. Not like some of the others. When you ask for assistance they have it and if they dont they find it. Countless times have I seen the counter assist regular people off the street with their questions and needs. The guys at the shop provide excellent customer service and were really easy to work with. Needed a part for home HVAC unit that was not in stock and they were able to source the exact part I needed within hours. Highly recommend this store for the DIYer.
