Clean professional store one of a few in this chain. No exception. Bred Grant used to run US Air at the San Fernando Valley. He is very employers dream. Personable professional straight shooter. Grant Brad brought extra professionalism to the already high quality location. In the store Everything is always clean. almost always daunts & fresh tasty coffee if you are not too late in the day. I am comfortable to send my service people & Installers there without hesitation

I wish I had read the review before buying here. Same situation as Pavel Kurial. I stop by to get some stuff to install a mini-split system. I was asked for the company name, and I gave them my contractor license to create the invoice. I discovered we could not return basic materials after paying for it. They should advice you before charging, that No Returns are allowed.

I came here a week ago to buy a filter grill. The guy at the front measured my old one and gave what he told me was one that would fit. A few days later, I went to install, but, it didn't fit. So I went back to return it but they refused as I didn't have an account with them. Total BS. They sold me the wrong size and refused to refund me because I didn't have an account. This was never disclosed to me when I purchased the product. Awful business practices. These guys are a joke.
