Jolly installed my mini split last summer, unfortunately the mini split brand sent us one that broke down a few months later. Jolly was at my house at least once a month fixing something. Not once did they complain or make a hassle. Eventually then decided it was easier to replace the whole mini split with a brand new one. Due to them seeing my frustration they charged me a good deal for the new mini split. I will never forget their patience and professionalism.

Jolly came and replaced the electrical part of my gas logs earlier than expected, in a a fast and courteous manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning.

Our Heat went out and we had to rely on our gas fireplace until the repair was complete which would last from Friday-Tuesday I called jolly on Friday and asked them to inspect my gas fireplace to make sure it was operational since this was our first time using it. Jolly set an appointment up for that day and guaranteed someone would be by today to look at it. No one called or showed up. I called back on Saturday and spoke to a technician who I was told it was “ $200 just for me to knock on the door today” Very glad I chose bradberry to take a look -and handle this issue instead.

Technician Paul came out on Memorial Day. He had lots of calls ahead of him but he made me feel we were the most important customer of the day. He is truly a skillful technician. A true professional able to explain what needs to be done and assured us in so many ways. I could tell right off the bat that Paul had good soul and the customer in mind. Jolly Heating and Cooling has a true expert clinician and a great human being working for them. I have been a long time customer of jelly Heating and Cooling Paul is the best of I've seen. Kudos to you Paul. I said above the word clinician as I am a clinician that works with patients. Paul is all that and then some.
