Fast reliable service. The receptionist was very pleasant and eager to help. Didn't take long to get a technician to our house and diagnose an issue with our thermostat and replace a defective circuit board. The technician was friendly and quickly made the repair.

Groundhogs had destroyed the duct work under my sister's house. I needed quick and reasonable repair during the cold weather. When I called, I wasn't given a run around, I was given what could be done a rough estimate of what it might cost. When the technician arrived, he was able to reattach one of the pipes and replaced the other one and it looked and worked great. He was not only very knowledgeable but had the best manners you could ask for. Great experience.

Heater decided to start making noises during the cold snap that we had here in Alabama. Called up Turner & Schoel they had a guy out the next day first thing in the morning. The technician was super nice and friendly. He checked everything and explained what was happening replaced and part, in all he was there and done with in like an hour. Definitely recommend this company for all my heating and cooling needs.
