Jolly Junk Removal

We had a big fridge that was difficult to get out of the house and they were careful removing and replacing front door. They covered wood floor to prevent scratches. Very efficient and professional. It feels soooo good to have the junk gone. Thankyou Jolly Junk!

Jolly Junk was courteous, friendly, and on time. Both she and he took the junk quickly, charged our card, and were off to the next job. Good service

I'll give this place 3 stars. On a positive note, Lindsay was very nice, quick to respond and got me on the schedule on the same day I called. However, the junk removal was much more costly than other companies I've used in the past. The worst part of the experience was that the junk guys tracked mud on the carpets through the entire path from the front door to an upstairs bedroom. They "compensated" me by discounting the price by $45 which was something, but didn't make up for the two hours of carpet cleaning I had to do after they left. Personally, this will be the last time I use Jolly Junk.

My experience with Jolly Junk was great! I was able to schedule for next day appointment and they came right on time. They were upfront with the cost and were quick to remove our items. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
