Horrible experience! We hired Jolma because we thought we were getting the full package. My wife and I were literally laying things out ourselves on graph paper and measuring and guessing at appropriate sizes of things. When we gave them our ROUGH draft there was no discussion, no questions or assistance, no other options. When I asked why the answer I was given was "I can't help it you had a good draft". The kid we were assigned was nice but maybe 21 years old. The lead on the project David was of no help. After we spent $12,000 with Jolma we ended up hiring another firm to help us make some adjustments and get our house across the finish line. The engineering and permitting were fine, but I'd stay away from them if you want any design work or customer service.
