Looking at all the other reviews and all I see is about driving. Listen if they wanna keep FAFO with the road rage on I-40, y’all gonna have bad repair bills coming in. I’ve seen y’all up and down I-40 doing the worst driving possible and just doing whatever y’all want. Hopefully y’all can find good drivers before going bankrupt

I haven't even outsourced work to these guys, but my car shut off in the middle of an intersection in murfreesboro and one of their trucks happened to be behind us and at first the crew hopped out and offered to push the car out of the road. I couldn't get the car to switch gear so we popped the hood and they looked at my car for me. Turns out one of my terminals was loose. They were really friendly and I'm glad they were there to help! I can only imagine this would carry over to their regular work.

A Jones Brothers vehicle cracked my windshield in November 2023. I took photos with a timestamp of the vehicle and driver. After several phone calls and email communication with Mr. Linder, a representative of the company, nothing has been done. I believe lack of concern for the public with an incident caused by a driver of your company is a warning sign for anyone who would do business with this company. It is shameful to know that such lack of responsibility exists with the Jones Brothers brand.

Drivers in their large utility trucks apparently don’t understand the left lane on 840 is not for them to cruise their entire trip and have people pass them on the right. Also impressed these trucks get up to 75 plus but it appears that they have great insurance to allow these morons to operate heavy equipment. Looking at other reviews about piss poor driving that doesn’t concern the owners I guess they are rolling in the dough.

Not a fan. Takes then on average 4x longer than any other company on the same work
