I was quoted a price from them and then after the job they charged more than triple the price, without asking or telling me it was a possibility. Will never do business with them again.

After weeks of trying to get a problem, they found, diagnosed and then be fixed, and no one calling me back or being helpful, I finally went to our guys in molalla, Westerburg. They are charging less than half of the cost to actually pinpoint the reason instead of fiddle farting around. Jones did not include a drawdown measurement nor get an accurate depth because their tape was too short. They only knew the depth because they were the ones who re punched it. Jones was the one who did all the work previous to my purchase of the house as well, so one would figure it be easier to deal with them, which is why I chose them first. Not sad I finally called Westerburg.
