Jones & Jones Garage Door Service

Amazon driver crashed through our garage door. Jones & Jones came out the next day after contacting them, assessed the damaged, gave us an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Lance, the installer showed up on time, took the time to explain everything, completed the job, and cleaned up in a way that you wouldn't know he had even been there. He even greased up the spring, wheels and hinges on our other garage door without being asked. He told me, "Can't have one quiet door and one squeaky door." The extra step is obviously the culture of this company. The office was great and easy to work with. Lance the installer was fantastic and the job was done properly for a fair price. I would recommend Jones & Jones to anyone in need of garage door work! Top notch company with fabulous people!

Our garage door quit working early afternoon on a Thursday. Due to bitter cold and difficulty climbing a ladder to disconnect for manual operation, it became an emergency. J&J had someone here by 4PM. The motor had exhausted its life expectancy, but Lance just happened to have a new motor with him. He worked beyond normal hours to complete removal/installation that day. We can’t say enough good things about Lance and J&J. They have been taking care of our garage door for years, and they always exceed expectations. We highly recommend J&J!

Called and left a message about needing a quote to replace my garage door. Cassie called within an hour and said someone was in the area right now and they could come over right away. They measured everything and Cassie already had been informed exactly what I wanted. Got the quote the next day and made arrangements for them to perform the job. It was just a little over three weeks and they scheduled the job. Their crew of Lance and Zach came at the appointed time and were amazing. The old door was off in no time and the new one up. The door going up and down is whisper quiet. The only glitch was the opener didn't want to receive its wireless signal through the door very well. Lance installed a long wire to the antenna wire and routed it across the rafter and outside through the air vent h

Kathy was great setting up my appointment and Lance did a great job servicing all of my garage door issues. Had everything working great in well under an hour.

Great Service. The remotes for our garage doors were not working. They arrived the next day with new remotes and synced the remotes with the cars….even replaced the sweep on the bottom of one of the doors. Quick and friendly service. Couldn’t be better.
