I had a great experience with Moore Mechanical! They were excellent with communication from start to finish. They were on time, responsive, and attentive to my questions during the installation. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. It's clear they take price in their work and customer service. I'll definitely be using Moore Mechanical again for any future HVAC needs. High recommend!

Excellent Service! Harbor Springs office worked with me to put in the best systems for my house. Wes and other service workers were courteous and informative with the work they preformed getting everything working perfect. I will always contact them for yearly checkups and problems. Thank You .

Had to pay 330 dollars for a 50 cent part. Total bill was 630 for 30 min of work. Never got a quote just a bill. The excuse for the part costing so much is because they did not have the part in the van and the boss had to grab it. Would have happily ran to the store and got it for him if I knew his hourly wage for working was 300hr, charging 330 for a 50 cent part is a joke. Just wish they had better communication skills, would have just done it myself. Also thanks for twisting my water tank I can’t even see the pilot light. Hope your pockets feel better because I’ll be eating ramen noodle for weeks.

After making several calls most co were weeks backed up. This co came out right away, and Matt did everything possible to get us some ac We had family from out of town staying My ac unit was on its last legs at 22 years old so he got me temporary ac and I ordered a new furnace and ac from this co. Highly recommend them and thanks again to Matt great guy!. Then had the actual install by Jason Black & helper. They took out old furnace/ac & installed new furnace/ac in one day. Did great work, cleaned up leaving no mess & were friendly/polite. Would highly recommend this company & their workers.

I was in a tough spot with water gushing out my outside faucet. No plumbers could be found but then a friend called and gave me your phone number and shut off my water. I called and the next day Rich came out and diagnosed the problem. Parts just arrived and today he finished the repair. No wonder you’ve been in business for 70+ years. People skills, efficiency and expert employees—that will make me a repeat customer.
