I could not say more about how wonderful this company is. I booked a piano move for today, when they arrived at my house with the piano, I was asleep. They had to bring the piano back to the original owners house. They were kind enough to deliver the piano once I had woken up. They went back to the original owners home, picked up the piano again, and brought it back without any bad attitude, actually some of the nicest conversations I’ve had in a while. I was a wreck when I woke from my nap, frazzled and just devastated that I had inconvenienced them so much. Anne, the receptionist, was so so so nice. I was crying, she calmed me down. It was a pretty rough morning but they made my day. Nothing but great service, prompt delivery, and amazing workers.

Professional and efficient! These gentlemen get there, get it done, treat the piano with utmost care, and also respect the home environment - floors, steps, walls, etc. all treated with TLC.

I selected Jones Moving and Delivery to move my piano after the conservatory of the College of Wooster recommended them. They dropped my piano from the back of a truck. They took the pieces of the piano with them. For over 4 months they have ignored calls from me and my insurance agent, and they have ignored calls and letters from my attorney. I purchased the additional insurance to cover the cost of the piano. When the piano was damaged, the owner stated that he would make it right. I have not heard from him since. If you use Jones and they drop/destroy your piano, you will have to sue them to recover damages.

Our two movers did a job another company told us would take 4 movers for much more money. They managed to get a piano back through a couple really tight turns. They opened lids and doors and generally played Tetris until they got it where we asked them to. They went far above and beyond the call of duty and were incredibly good natured the whole time. While I hope I don't have to move the piano again any time soon, I will absolutely be calling them again when I do. Thanks!

Moved my 750 lb safe from the garage to the basement after I thought it was impossible, and they did it for half of the price of the corporate movers. It looks great and the guys were professional and fast. Evened help me shim it to make sure it was safe for me to use. I would highly recommend this company for a heavy move, they are a great LOCAL business
