Wicky and Randy were great to work with on ordering the 16 x 16 foot door, man door and windows for our shop. So professional and responsive to our needs. The large shop door installation went off without a hitch. Joseph and Austin arrived on the day scheduled, started the install right away. They completed the job in a few hours. They were very good to work with. Very professional and also have a good sense of humor to make us feel at ease with the process. The 16 x 16 door operation is so very quiet, I was stunned. This year we got the works done by Jones Paint and Glass in Vernal: a new garage door, a garage door opener, replacement windows, and a glass shower door. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Every time I walk into this business, I’m reminded why they’re such a staple in the Vernal community. They’re family operated, community-driven, local minded, and they truly make you feel like one of their own. The sales team was excellent — knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Huge shoutout to Jason, Travis, and Dustin, who were involved in each of the installs. The installers were top-notch on the garage door, windows, and shower door — professional, thorough, on time, and friendly. They made sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied before they left.

Big thank you to entire team of the garage door division. It's been such an easy process to get a garage door and lift installed at our home in Rangely. Big thank you to Joseph and Austin who showed up on time and got the door and lift installed which looks amazing.

Randi in the paint department was amazing. I needed to get paint for my front door and was very clueless on what I needed and how I should do it. She helped me with everything I needed and didn't make me feel like I had no clue. She explained to me the best time of day to paint and why. I also wasn't sure on a color and asked for her help on a few that I was liking and helped me weigh the pros and cons on each one. She even suggested I look at some projects on line that used the colors to see what one I loved the most. I told her I needed all of the supplies for the painting and was wonderful at grabbing each thing I needed. She also explained why she had a preference on what tape she would use. To say im in love with my door now would be an understatement. I will for sure go back and have
