We experienced a plumbing issue a little over a week ago. I called around, spoke with friends and family and was recommended I call Jones Plumbing. I spoke to Sandy who was very helpful with our questions. We were in desperate need of leak detection. We are so happy we called to have them come out! Family and locally owned. Friendly and efficient. This family came over the day after Christmas to help us with our plumbing. It was a tough decision to make as we needed to repipe our entire house. With help from Tracey and his son the job got done in a timely manner. We were up and running with water in a day and a half. We can't thank you all enough on a job well done. Horrible customer service. I manage rental properties and have used them for a few years at least once a month. Some times they go days with out returning phone calls. I called them for a rental property and explained 3 plumbing issues we were having at the property. They sent me a bill stating that they put something on a faucet that was not the right size or brand, but that the problem was fixed and if it leaks again would need to replace sink. If they would have contacted me I would have told them to replace the sink instead of rigging it up with something that might just break again resulting in me having to pay another service fee for them to come out another day. 3 days after they came out the sink started leaking again. Called them and asked for them to come back and replace
