Jones roofing was the roofer who installed the roof on our new build, and they've been very responsive in getting someone scheduled to come check on a leak in our roof that began after only owning the home for just under 2 years (even though the warranty on their roofs are only good for 1 year. We had a miscommunication with our builder, nest homes, when they originally had stated a 10 year warranty.) The roof shingles leaked into the attic, but unfortunately we did not find that leak until it started leaking through into our son's nursery and growing mold, just before owning the home 3 years.
