Steve returned my call immediately and arrived at our location the same day. He was kind, respectful and knowledgeable about the necessary repairs for our pump. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and will certainly refer to family and friends.

Just go ahead and call him. You won’t regret it! Found his number on the well of a house we just bought. Water stopped running in the house and gave him a call - Saturday at 8 am mind you. He helped me diagnose what the problem could be over the phone and was at my house by 11. Ended up needing a new well pump. Estimated total time was 3 hours and sure enough, at 2:05 they’re pulling out of my driveway. The pricing was fair and up front. No surprises or hidden fees. Jon is an honest man with honest business practices. I’m glad I found his number and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We are beyond thankful and impressed with Jon and his team. We unfortunately lost our well and Jon’s was quick to respond and gave us multiple options. We decided to go with a new 4” well and system. His entire team is professional, courteous, and very hard working. They answered all of our questions and made the whole experience pleasant. Returned from an out of town trip to find that our well was having issues. Low water pressure and then no water. I called Jon and he had Steve stop by the same day to diagnose and fix the issue. He replaced our old control box and pressure switch and even recharged our tank, and had us up and running in no time. Steve was professional and courteous and explained the situation succinctly. I am very happy with the service and will definitely look to them for any future service. Highly recommended!
