Grant Ousley is very knowledgeable about the various flooring options, and I know he always gives the best advice for every project that he is involved with. Today I learned about the differences between the various types of carpet fibers and why I should choose one variety over another to best fit my needs.

Great people and great service! They do more than floors, too! When we needed a walk-in shower, they had the look we wanted and they provided the best bid in the area. Especially impressed with Grant as he was patient while we looked through and touched nearly every sample in the place… and then sent us home with options to check with our bathroom colors and lighting! I don't recommend Joplin Floor Designs. Over the summer they installed lvp flooring into a home we had just purchased. As we've lived here, we've noticed where corners were cut during the install. Several trim pieces that we've had to reattach because they weren't secured back in properly. In the hallway there is a bump under one of the boards. The most glaring mistake is at the bottom of a doorway in one of the bedrooms where they didn't notch it correctly so there's a very noticeable gap. I'll attach pics. During the cleanup in the kitchen, we noticed a very large gash from one of the appliances being moved back in. My husband pointed this out to the leader of the install crew who tried to say they could disguise it without having to replace it. Obviously, we wanted a new board to be use

This is like the biggest little store! Driving past, I always thought it was a “little local store and probably doesn’t have what I would like”. Wrong! They have EVERYTHING! Plus it’s pretty inside and the staff greets us when we walk in! I know it’s a little thing and probably old fashioned, but I love being greeted and welcomed when I walk into a business. I also am one of those people who appreciates being in a pretty setting! JFD literally carries all kinds of tile, way more than I could have imagined. Real hardwood floors, engineered hardwood, laminate, LVP, carpet, carpet squares. They have lots of quartz for countertops. Tile for exterior, pools!!!, bathrooms, floors, showers and backsplashes.
