I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kevin is rude and very negative. I over heard him telling my technician that my plumbing emergency (hot water heater stopped working late Thursday evening) was something I had known about for days…I couldn’t get a plumber over before 3 on Friday. Just to clarify- I was attempting to purchase the part to fix my water heater from this company and my plumbing company had suggested I call and speak to you about this situation. So the part had to be ordered. I found out Monday that AO Smith would cover the part with my warranty, but Kevin informed me it was too much work for them to honor the warranty and their AO Smith representative said they didn’t have to deal with the warranty. So Kevin lost a customer for the plumbing company I was going to use

Best plumbing supply store in the area hands down. Kevin is great and will take care of you for all your needs. They usually have everything you need in stock. Great customer service.

Jim was very helpful in finding the vaccum breaker I needed.
