Brad was great! He came to spray sledge. Glad he wore his polarized glasses-it really helps to see the sledge much better. It just pops and you cannot miss where the sledge is. He is a professional, asset, knowledgeable and loves his position. His personality is spit on! 🤣 He is trustworthy and enjoys working with customers and loves his job. I had Jordan Brook Lawn Care Services and Maximum Irrigation for over a year, and I’m very disappointed with their reliability and customer service. They promised regular service every 6 to 8 weeks, but they never stuck to that schedule. I constantly had to call and remind them to come, and when I did, I was often met with attitude instead of accountability. It became clear that I was just another number to them, not a valued customer. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for dependable lawn care or irrigation service.
