Jorgensen Cabinets

Absolutely abhorrent. Quality from all workers is sub-par, the managers are not desirable and Ethan in particular has no knowledge of how to do his job correctly. You would generally have a better chance at hiring yourself with 0 work experience to do these cabinets and manage these people properly.

We had Jorgensen come over to clean up another contractors poor work. The previous contractor did not finish the job he was contracted to do. Several things were discussed like no finish on most of the doors and face fronts and a missing piece of glass. There were also cracks between a couple of cabinets that were going to be addressed. When Jorgensen’s came out they took the crown molding, doors and drawer fronts to put finish on them. I provided a ladder and tools to remove them because they didn’t bring anything. They came back and installed them there were several that still had burn marks on them. (Were they sanded?) The crown molding has nails sticking out and the pieces have gaps. Again I provided the ladder. One of the issues of why they were brought in was to add finish to the box

I’m so glad I found Jorgensen’s. We wanted something unique and custom. They were great to explore many options until we landed on reclaimed wood cabinets. I love how they turned out. Even after the sale and installation, the owners were great to respond when we had questions. Hard to find such great people with honesty and who actually care and delivered on time. Highly recommend.

We had Jorgensens build our cabinets for our house. Not only did they go above and beyond what we asked them to do, their customer service was amazing. They are great people with big hearts. They do quality work in good time. We love our cabinets!
