Having a Josco store closer to the North area of the Austin Metro has been incredibly convenient for me. The staff at Josco is exceptional when it comes to faucet repairs and their knowledge and expertise are truly commendable. I walked in, and maybe that was my mistake—perhaps they’re more app-based only? When someone finally came out, he didn’t seem interested in actually helping or trying to sell. I asked about restroom vanities, and he told me they don’t really carry many since that’s “not their thing.” I then asked about just the tops (they had a long display with maybe six different kinds), and he said they only sell those with their vanities. Next, I asked about toilet prices. At first, I was told they could take more than two weeks to arrive, but as I was walking away, he suddenly mentioned they might have some in stock. Honestly, the whole experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. If I wanted that kind of experience, I could have just gone to Home Depot. I’m giving 2 stars only because the place it

Very helpful staff, they found a nice kitchen faucet that was within my budget. Be aware that these are quality products, not the stuff from the big box store shelves, they are priced accordingly. Not a bad thing at all, but could be a shock if you're not experienced with this.
