Difficult to communicate with. Does not return calls or texts. Unreliable, promised to begin work in Oct. Hasn't started and it's almost Thanksgiving without a word. Would not recommend his services to anyone.

Jose came to do 2 jobs- the first one was to redo the cement that was cracking on our front deck and the other was to extend our back deck and add a railing. Not only was his price very reasonable but so was he. He is a proud man and it shows in his work. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

Jose recently built two patios using pavers and cemented a floor for us in a storage room. Since my property is sloped and not easily accessible from the street ,this was a difficult job. We had other companies come but they would not tackle the project. Jose finished the job in the time frame he had promised ( our delay was in getting the materials) despite the many obstacles, and he did not charge any extras despite some of the additional challenges. He showed up on the day and the time he said he would. My only advice is to know exactly what you want as Jose will not give you suggestions or advice. This was sometimes frustrating as we didn't quite know exactly what we were doing. We had never built a patio before. You have to specifically ask for a written quote but he will get it to y

Jose has poor bedside manners for start. He lacks in communication skills as well.Poor customer service. He installed a vinyl fence with out using 4x4 pressure treated posts. He excepts cash only. He gives a bogus receipt. After giving him a bottle of wine, bought lunch for him and his girl friend along with coffee and cake, I asked him for and estimate on something else and he never called back or texted about a price. Just took $2100 and ran off. I already have issue with the fence. Do not use Jose Z for anything!

Jose did a wonderful job on my walk way and patio. I definitely recommend and hope to work with him again.
