Their head technician jerry-rigged, misdiagnosed, haphazardly, managed, woefully, degraded our million dollar HVAC system over the course of several years. Sloppy work, ill-informed, troubleshooting, untrustworthy. Correct repairs to their ineptitude have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware.
