Just had to call Joseph’s plumbing for another leak. They were timely and professional. Very transparent about the issue and what the resolution was.

I have been a week without water because of a leak. I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out and they quoted me 2400 to 3700 to fix my leak. I called Josephs to get a second quote. He asked a lot of thorough questions and quoted me over the phone 200 to 500. I was skeptical and asked him to come look just to be sure. He came out that same day, fixed it within an hour and charged me 240. He didn't try to do anything extra or charge some outrageous price. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

After a hard freeze, some of my pipes burst and I required emergency plumbing services. The plumber came, did some repairs and after turning the water back on more issues presented. He said a new pressures valve was needed. I asked what the cost would be. $350. A job that took less than 40 minutes. He knew we had a baby in the house and needed water. Beware of this plumbing service. Scalping during an emergency is not ok.

I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK! Joe installed our sinks and vanity in our master bath. He he took a month to complete, as he would only come here once or twice a week after whatever other jobs he was doing, not sure why. Quoted us $1000, and charged $5600, never saying it was going to be SUBSTANTIALLY MORE along the way! I guess he thought we have unlimited funds and wouldn’t care if it was MORE THAN 5 TIMES the original quote!?!? Shame on you Joe for not advising us the up charges along the way! I am sad because I totally trusted him, and thought he would charge a fair price. I WAS WRONG. Get a quote in writing if you use him.

Today I got the unfortunate news that I had a water leak, at the end of the day. I called Joseph and he came within an hour. It had rained for most of the day and was already dark outside and I expected a very high bill due to it being after 6 and kind of an emergency, but he located the leak, fixed it, and had the water back on in less than an hour after arriving. The cost was affordable and well under what I anticipated. He was very friendly, wore a mask, and took his shoes off to come inside. As a female, I felt safe with him entering my home, though he only came inside as we were settling the charges and I nearly had to force him to come in - he was concerned about getting my floor muddy. I'm so thankful that he was available and definitely recommend him. He explained exactly what he
