This company parked and blocked my driveway while doing work at a house on a different block 4-5 houses down. They also parked their cement truck blocking the alleyway so nobody could get through. I had to drive my car over a curb to get into my own garage. When I called to complain the woman on the phone scoffed at my complaint and said "well they are doing work on YOUR Neighbors house!". The audacity! My neighbor...on a different block 4-5 houses down. Even a man walking his dog scoffed and couldn't believe they blocked a driveway and the alleyway like this. They finally came and loaded up all of their junk and drove off right after. Sure hope the work is better than their nasty attitudes. Not a cement company I would recommend for your neighbors or neighborhood.

1.) He does good work. 2.) Morally he’s not a good businessman never place yourself as the middle man when there’s a contract in place and let someone come off with a number on top of their head. Price was listed at 4200 charged extra for a little patch of grass to be cemented for an additional 300 dollars when customer already paid 3/4 of the price stating he was going to lose out on money he had a great customer. Very disappointed due to business ethics he gained 200 dollars when contract price was 4200 he made his own contract do not do business with him. Additionally contacted prairie materials and they related that he’s responsible he’s a horrible business owner and isn’t about doing the right thing do not absolutely do business with him!

I usually don’t do reviews but I feel like they’ve gone above and beyond. We used Jospeh concrete when we first purchase our home 2021 to do our yard. So when we decided to do another project in 2024 on Our home it was no doubt we would reach out to them again! Needless to say I’m in love!
