I couldn't be happier with my new floor. Completely transformed my house. Installers Jim & Brett were fantastic - professional, caring and willing to answer any questions we had. Bought one of his more expensive rugs for 2 bedrooms. Told us they would not mat down. The good so called Christian lied to us. They were junk carpets after 6 months. Would never buy there again. They are a rip off family business.

Purchased the flooring in 2021 and the person who did the install is now retired. This was a floating floor for my kitchen. This spring we noticed the floor was lifting? We contacted Joseph's and Mr joseph himself came out and said it was because of our kitchen chairs. 1st we don't even eat in the kitchen, 2nd it was lifting in the middle of the room not even near the chairs, 3rd they refused to stand by the warranty! We are so disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of. We would never recommend them for service to anyone. They never even removed the old flooring and just put the new flior over the old laminate. They left no space for the floating floor to move and expand. So very disappointed.

I stopped in to talk options and schedule an estimate today after speaking with Chad a week prior. I was met by the owner's daughter who I found less than helpful about choosing materials and who would not stay on the subject of the job. I tried politely redirecting her back to the job several times, especially after she brought up local politics, but to no avail. I had not made any connections between the business and local politics and have been so busy with home repairs after natural disasters I wouldn't have known or thought anything about it if she didn't insist on pushing the subject. In the course of this she said something I found incredibly disrespectful to/about me personally, so I told her why I was leaving and left.
