Joseph's Junk Removal is absolutely amazing! There are a lot of companies out there that haul junk away and you have many choices, but if you want a company that will treat you like family, then Joseph's Junk Removal is who you want to use. I had been struggling with the best way to dispose of several bulky items. This led to them becoming an eye sore that we dealt with for more than a year. I was driving to work the other day and got behind a big yellow truck with “Joseph’s Junk Removal” on it. I snap a picture and looked them up once I got the office. The website was great and I was able to request an appointment online. The sale rep texted me shortly after and we were booked in minutes. On the day of, they communicated well and showed up in time! The crew was friendly, professional and took great care of us. The price was very reasonable and the pricing structure very transparent. Top notch job from a very good crew! We had a house full of 50+ years of living including an old upright piano in a basement, furniture, shelves, housewares, bedding, tools, paints, towels, you name it. We made 1 call and sent over a few photos. Joseph's called back, told me they needed to see it first hand for an accurate quote but gave me a preliminary estimate (which I thought was low) based on the photos. We set a time and date, and they showed up on time with 3 trucks and a full crew of 4. They walked through the entire house with me, gave me an updated quote (about what I originally thought it would be) and explained that the price might be a little more or less depending on whether the paints and fuels needed special disposal.
