He is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable! I move slower, and he was patient and even carried down the ladder I almost fell off. Plus, Dom gave me a great deal on replacing 2 kitchen outlets that have only half-worked for a long time. I smiled when I used one again! Everything is fixed and under warranty.
