Recently Josh installed three safety bars in our shower and a second hand railing on our stairs to the second floor. He also did a few smaller items. Josh responded quickly to any texts we had about times and costs. He showed up on time and did great work. He has no issues doing small or large projects. I will definitely hire him again when I have additional projects.

Living up to expectations is something rather rare these days when you hire someone to perform a task. When you find someone who exceeds those expectations you place their phone number in the always call list. Joshua does what you expect and then exceeds it. First, his work ethic is top notch. He informs you of his every move without you having to chase him. He researches - gets back to you with a quote quickly, explains what and how he will do and not present any surprises. I needed a new roof installed on a shed. I asked about a metal roof so Josua took on the task by telling me he had never installed a metal roof before. Well, the results are amazing. On the hottest days of the summer under the blazing sun he worked diligently until he got things just the way they should be do

Lost some flashing in a windstorm and Josh came out the next day to fix it, and did a great job. Friendly, professional service at a reasonable price. Before and after pics included. Would definitely hire again.

I had an unusual assignment for Josh. I needed some mold, cleaned off a ceiling, then primed and repainted. I’ll wait a few weeks to post the review to make sure that the motor is really eliminated and sure enough. You can see the before and after a month later. He answered properly every time I texted or called, did great work and was kind of my dog as well. Lol.

I had the pleasure of having Josh come to my home and work on a long list of items I needed fixed, several of which needed creative solutions. From my first inquiry via email, to scheduling, to having him here, everything was a breeze! I appreciated his clear communication, and he was terrific to work with. He came and listened to our concerns, walked through every project and fixed them quickly and the RIGHT WAY so it will last. He takes pride in his work and care in the solutions he provides. After he was done, he walked me through each thing and how he had fixed it. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely work with Josh again!
