I bought a vintage hanging lamp recently on Marketplace that was in desperate need of restoration and cleaning. It has an embroidered design on linen fabric but was very dirty, the backing was broken, diffuser missing, and a cut power cord. I took it to 2 shops in Tucson (where I live) who claimed to offer lampshade repair and neither of them wanted to touch it. Then I located Joshua Tree Lampshades online and emailed them pics to ask if this was something they could address. Susan replied that she could fix it with no problem. I have a silk lamp shade that needed cleaning. I found Joshua Tree Lampshades when I googled "where to get a lamp shade cleaned". I called and made arrangements to bring the shade in. Susan is terrific - she explained the entire process of how she cleans the shade. When I picked the shade up it looked beautiful. No more dark smudges present. I was very pleased. This is the place to go if you're looking for a lamp shade. Susan can make a custom shade for you! However, I took my shade to Susan for new lining. She did an amazing job. It looks gorgeous. Susan is also a very sweet person and easy to work with. She has so much talent!

Susan at Joshua Tree Lampshades completely remade our shade and had it finished 2 hours after we dropped it off. It was an unusual European make that we could not find a replacement for.
