Josh and Jason and his team were outstanding! I'm a property manager and work with contractors all the time, and usually end up doing most of the work myself because I'm constantly going back and fixing what the contractors mess up. But Josh and Jason and his team are different. Great upfront communication, didn't try to upsell (I initiated a few changes during the project and Josh either took care of them for free or charged a very minimal cost for the added material), stayed within budget, and did exceptional work (even better than I do -- and I've never said that before about a contractor). Josh and team provided an all-around great experience! I have a very high ceiling that was heavily textured, and wanted to her that, as well as the walls, all smoothed out and painted. Of the several painters who came to give me an estimate, I was impressed with Josh's demeanor, and his quote was very reasonable. When the project started, I was equally impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of all the team members, and the end result is just what I was envisioning! Josh was eager to work with us and went out of his way to provide samples of different options and even consulted an exterior designer for additional input to help us reach a decision on a paint scheme for our home. Josh and his company were incredible. They were efficient and their work is second to none. We had them paint the exterior of our home which hadn’t been touched in many, many years. They made sure to caulk in every inch necessary and were so understanding with my many questions! Communication with Joshuah was so easy. We were able to reach him nights and weekends, even.
