We called Joyce Heating & Air Inc. in the afternoon for an issue with my AC, Jeff not only showed up on time the same evening, but called ten minutes before to verify we still needed the service and give a time of arrival. He was polite, professional and very instructional. He went through things thoroughly and quickly until the issue was found and fixed. I would recommend Joyce Heating & Air Inc. over and over again.

Yesterday Evans came out to repair our A/C unit; I called them late in the afternoon and they came anyway. They left our home when the AC was working perfectly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to communicate the problem and a set of solutions prior to beginning the work. Evans went out of his way in providing service and managing all aspects of the repair. Very happy and impressed.

I bought an HVAC unit from Joyce Heating & Air Inc.and the unit had problems from the factory. They took it upon themselves to replace the unit without me even asking. Outstanding service and they will stand behind the products they sell. Highly recommended.
