Joyland Windows & Doors

Our window project was plagued with issues/ bad luck. We replaced 30 windows with Joyland, contracting with them in August 2025. Our project was finally completed 5 months later in early January 2026. From a manufacturing timeline change that pushed the project back months, to ordering the wrong size windows for half of the project (further delaying project completion), to sending an inexperienced crew who did a sloppy job caulking and cleaning up, to accidentally flooding our master bathroom and having water leaking through the kitchen ceiling, to having to fix the window seals in the brand new windows (due to a manufacturing defect), I'm not sure I can recommend my experience to anyone. Fantastic job. Everything went smooth, and I got exactly what I expected. Mike was great. Very transparent and straight forward. Refreshing. The guys that came out were very polite and respectful. They did a great job and left the place like they found it. We had an appt set for 3 wks out and they called us last night and had an opening today. Pretty impressed with how fast the job was, to be so well done. Would recommend.

very good experience , had a leaking roof and they sent someone out to my home for an emergency call to patch the leak. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable . so thankful for the help.

We are extremely grateful to have met Mike. He is personable and reliable. His knowledge and expertise enabled us to choose the right doors and windows that exceeded our expectations. We met two of his beautiful children. We love their faith as well as their commitment to customer service. Andrew, his son, and fellow team member did an incredible job with the customizable installation of all of our windows and doors. Joyland framed and installed a new sliding provia door for me. For reference, I've had every one of my exterior doors replaced, 4 in total. The first three were done by probably the three most well known, and biggest door and window installation companies in Lancaster county. Joyland was by far the best, most professional and friendliest of them. Right from the start, working with Mike was great. No Bs, "let me find you some discount" non sense. He did the quote right at my house, gave me a straight up price. They were a better price than 5 other quotes I had. Andrew and his crew were great too. They showed up on time, did a great job with the door, and cleaned up nicely. They didn't finish that day with some drywall work and worked around my schedule to get back out. Communication was gre
