Joyner's Heating & Air Conditioning

During the recent snowstorm in Rocky Mount NC in January’26 I began to feel cold in the house; checked thermostat and it was as 5 degrees lower than the setting and cold air was blowing out of the vent(s). It kept getting lower. This was a Saturday evening. I was able to use a friends space heater that Sunday but my home temp got down to 29 degrees Saturday night. I called one HVAC Co and was told since I was not a regular customer would be 2-4 days before could get to me. My cousin recommended Joyner’s. I called them. Belinda said would get some out in 20 minutes, which they did, Mr. Alvin Joyner himself. He took care of the problem, explaining everything. Had heat again! A few days later cool air came on again. Ms. Joyner kept me informed of what was happening at each step. The installation crew of his son, A. Joyner and Mark, were efficient, worked continuously and cleaned up completely. After the installation, Mr. Joyner brought me the Manuals, explained the paperwork, warranty and operator's manuals. I also got to meet and was impressed with Mr. Joyner Sr, who started the company. As painful as replacing a Big ticket item as your home's Heating and Air Conditioning, Joyner's made it as painless as possible. Great service , best help to get my ac working. He was a very nice man to deal with and a great personality to go with also. I think he is Rays grandson. He knew what to do and how to fix it. If he doesn't charge me for my repair I will tell very one I know , LOL thanks guys
