As with any company, it all starts from top management and front-line customer support. The team that came to do the install was also very professional and efficient. I found JoyTech Mechanical online and chose them since they are one of the few HVAC companies with a storefront in my area. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Brian came to my home and walked me through all of my mini split heating/cooling questions. He was patient and knowledable, helping me decide how many units would be required, which included mapping out the best placement to obtain optimal functionality, efficiency, and astetic to fit my home. With two estimates in hand, I was able to move forward with a day for installation. Steven helped schedule a convenient date for installation. This company provided us with excellent service for installation and for a service call, which turned out not to be a problem with the two mini-splits, but with my knowledge of settings! In any case, the units work very well and you couldn't ask for better on-site service. I deducted a star because when I contacted them for the service call, it took a while for them to get a team out here. Once here, though, the work was exceptional. UPDATE: They eventually did come to fix the unit and were very helpful and patient considering the problem was on my end, not theirs.

Joy Tech completely solved my heating issues. I wanted to upgrade and knew there were rebates I might be eligible for. They walked me through the whole process from A-to-Z And the installation was very smooth. They also took a lot of time to explain everything to me about the system, warranty , cleaning etc. I would recommend their services for anyone looking to upgrade their heating system !

Rich, Chloe and Steve did an amazing job facilitating, planning and servicing our mini split units! Their crew were professional, thorough and CLEAN! They actually took the time to cover all furniture and walking paths from dust and carefully moved items they could. They even vacuumed afterward! The work was very neat, the units look like part of the house, no exposed wires, no mess on the walls. They caulked drill holes and sealed openings into the house for the units. I’d 100% hire them again.
