Wil Francis came out to quote the job and was excellent. He provided us with several options, and compared to the other quotes we received, JP Carroll’s pricing was very fair. Wil took the time to walk through everything with my wife and me and then gave us space to make our decision without pressure. Once we were ready to move forward, he moved quickly to get the project scheduled. Lee then came out to inspect the property and made sure precautions were in place to protect our home. I was really impressed with the crew that handled the snow removal at our condominiums in Middletown. They did an excellent job with shoveling and keeping everything safe and accessible. Mike was especially helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. Hiring JP Carroll for a new roof on my home was the best decision I made. Lee Magowan and his Crew headed by Edison did an exceptional job. They were very efficient and hard working. JP Carroll was fantastic in their replacement of my roof and gutters! Lee M was very professional and attentive. He ensured everything was done properly and to my satisfaction.
