We have used JPMchale for preventative pest control for a number of years. All if the technicians they sent seemed knowledgeable and fine for taking care of quarterly spraying. When we finally needed their services for a problem, the technicians that they sent were not very good and horrible at showing back up when scheduled for follow ups. We were ready to switch to another company when they contacted me and said they were going to send Daniel Fuhrmann to try to make things right. He was professional and knowledagble. He was friendly, explained the plan to take care of the issues that we were having and had a great work ethic. This company has been excellent. I called on a Saturday morning and Dan F came out Saturday afternoon. Nicest guy who followed up and came by again two days later to make sure the issue is fixed. Highly recommend for anyone living in the Sag Harbor area!!

Dan F. came to my house in east hampton NY on a Sunday after a night of zero sleep. He was so kind and so nice and found the access point where the critters got in, set the traps and bait, came the next day while I was having cataract surgery. He offered home shield as an option and helped me figure out ohow to consolidate all the other pest control services I use under just McHale.
