Dan made time to show up as soon as possible. He showed up on time and quickly told me there was a very simple solution for what looked very concerning to me. He didn’t try to upsell, gave me some information about what I was looking at and why it’s ok, and then offered to coordinate my solution to keep it simple for me. As a homeowner, parent of three, and business owner, life can be complicated enough without all these unexpected home repair issues. I really appreciate the experience.
