Henry was referred to me for repair on an Electrolux oven. He offered me a date for service within a few days of my call. Once he assessed the issue he explained that there were three possible solutions to the problem, each one being successively more expensive. He said he would do his best to keep the cost low. He was able to repair the oven quickly and for the least expensive option. He easily could have told me that it was necessary to pull the oven out of the wall and charged me far more but he was honest that it was only a small problem that could be fixed quickly and reasonably. Highly recommend

Mom had an oven that stopped working. We knew it was out of warranty, so we called Henry. We had used him before and were very happy with his service back then. When Henry came out, he took the back of the oven off and saw that the control board and the wiring harness were fried. Another technician would have seen dollar signs and quoted on a repair, but Henry didn't. He said that even if it was repaired, there was still a fire hazard risk. He charged a minimal fee for his visit, and recommended that we get in touch with Samsung, as they might (or might not) do something about it. After back and forth with Samsung, and Henry's help, we are getting a full refund on the purchase price of the oven. Needless to say, I will definitely do business with Henry again should the need arise. It's

I washed a blanket that basically produced snow/fuzzies and would not drain. I looked on Next Door and read the great reviews about Second2None Services. I was so happy that they were able to come the next morning. Victor arrived right on time , very knowledgable, helpful and left the area clean and dry. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I highly recommend Victor!

We've had two exceptional experiences with this company, both related to our washing machine. Most recently a part in the agitator in our machine snapped, and it stopped spinning. I called Henry on Monday afternoon, he answered right away. His father Victor was there the next morning at 8:30 a.m. He fixed the machine on the spot for a reasonable price, and guaranteed his work. Very friendly, very responsive, highly recommended.

Omg great service. I called for my washing machine. The guy was here 2 hours later, 15 mins and done. Very reasonable price!
