JPM Landscaping

Our HOA uses their service in Harpers Ferry. 2 things can be determined from this. 1. Our HOA is clueless and has no common sense. 2. JPM has to be close to the absolute worse landscaping service you could hire in Jefferson County or Berkley County. Hey, they showed up today! Cigarettes dangling out of their mouths while carelessly riding around on mowers. Don't know if any of them speak English. The grounds they are paid to maintain look like h***. I believe the grass is about a foot long. Certainly will look like hay when they are finished. Don't know the last time they were here. Pretty sure I've mowed my lawn at least 4 or 5 times since the last time they were here. I implore you to not use their service. You without a doubt will be sorry. To add. They have no clue about snow removal.

Over promised and under delivered - Our HOA has had a contract for snow removal with JPM for years. During the blizzard of 2016, they came through one time on Friday night and plowed the roads. They didn't return for days! The worst of the storm ended by 1pm on Saturday and the snow stopped entirely by Saturday evening. JPM didn't even attempt to get a plow into our neighborhood until the wee hours of Monday. They then reported that they couldn't make it into the neighborhood because they didn't have the right equipment. Our contract with them states that they are to plow our roads after 4" of snow. Obviously, we expected that we wouldn't be able to get out of the neighborhood on Saturday, but our roads weren't plowed until late Monday afternoon. Due to the concern about emergency vehicle

Horrible customer service to many other places that will take care of you for better prices. Thought I'd take a shot because he is close to my house. What a shame

Have worked with the owner over the past 8 months. He has done exactly what he said he would do and has done the job under stressful conditions.

They have done an amazing job w my trees, yard, garden needs, flowers n mulcing.
