DO NOT trust JPS Contracting to do any work for you. Jolene Palmer comes across as a very friendly person and seems to really want to help you. I hired her to do a complete remodel and I trusted her like a family member. I really valued her opinion and took her for her word. I thought she was really in this project with me. I paid her more for some work than the budget actually allowed. I paid her for some work that actually was never done. I asked her to refund my money. She started ignoring my phone calls and text. When she didn't take my call she would turn right around and send a text and have some excuse and say she would call back but never did. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT trust this woman or JPS Contractors with your time or money. I think they are actually scammers

Horrible company. We hired them for a full job and Jolene along with her husband Jay, told us they could not continue the job without any reason. They still owed us money from supplies we never received and to top it all off the work they did failed all required inspections so we had to redo almost all the shady work they did! They will not refund any money, help at all and have now blocked us/ignored us with any kind of communication. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU find someone else. They come off as great people but dont be fooled. I can provide you with all the proof.

I must say that this owner truly cares about her clients and leaving a good feeling with them. After first having some difficulty communicating, Owner called and worked some "work around" plans with us and we are very happy. Thank you for following up with us and helping us with our renovations goals. WE LOVE OUR HOME and Its NEW LOOK! Thank you, JPS!

I can not say enough good things about JPS Contracting . I contacted them an regards to some work I needed done to my house that I recently bought. They came out and listened to all my needs and wants and wrote a reasonable quote. I must say I am very please with the work that was done. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when needed. Thank you JPS.
