They came to my rescue during the ice and snow storm.i was alone and the pipes freezing up and my hot water heater breaking d own the same time was so overwhelming. I highly recommend JPs! Bobby was my technician and he was thorough, polite and very courteous. We were having some difficulties getting our toilet to flush and realized it was leaking down in our basement underneath the bathroom floor. We had another person come before and look at it but it still was not working properly after being snaked. When Bobby came he made several small adjustments first, replacing a hose and the cutoff, even tried to snake it himself to check for any blockages. He tried all the most affordable options first but finally came to the conclusion that we would need a new toilet. I appreciated that he took his time and tried other solutions first. It was late in the day so he came the next day to put in our new toilet. He was efficient, yet made sure we were satisfied

We had a great experience. They sent Zack to work with us. He showed up right on time, he was polite and professional, and he fixed our issue quickly. Highly recommend. We will use them again if a need arises.
