Jr & Dubon Tree Service

I rarely post reviews unless the service is extremely good or extremely bad. Jr & Dubon tree service just removed a dead tree that was close to our house, to power lines and several trees my wife didn't want damaged. I got 4 quotes on this job. Manny's price was hard to beat, and after talking with him, he said his crew would 'gently' take the tree down so power lines or my wife's favorite trees wouldn't be damaged. After I accepted his offer, he started and finished the job very quickly, and nothing was damaged. I was impressed. And they cut limbs over my roof and by power lines for no extra charge. I enlisted the services of Jr & Dubon in October 2024, on the recommendation of my friend and former landlord. I was impressed by the ease in which they cut down my (5) trees. My husband and I "prepaid in full" for the service of tree removal AND stump grinding. They completed the cutting and removal of 5 trees. They grinded 2 of the 5 stumps and told us they would be back to finish the job (they had been prepaid for) the following week. They never came back, after numerous promises that they would finish the job for me. The last correspondence I had with Manny was in early March 2025, where he promised again that we would see him by weeks end. It is now June 2025. My husband and I had to pay another tree removal company, CHRIS GRAVES TREE SERVICE, to grind the stumps that Jr & Dubon negle

First and foremost, Thank you Mr. Dubon, for your hard work and commitment to getting my horses back in their barn safely. I reachout and contacted Mr. DuPont after we had a nasty storm. A few trees had fallen on the barn and I was afraid to let the horses back in. I called around to a few companies and they were booked and pretty much brushed me off. I then called Mr. Dunno company. He to was very busy, but he took the time to listen to me. He must had heard the panic in my voice, he said "I'll be there in 2 hours". He and his crew showed up, assessed the problem and proceeded to, cut, removed and stacked the trees on the property. Serviced 10/10, price unmatchable, customer service 100%. Mr. Dubon and his crew did a great job trimming large branches off our big tree. He recommended the branches to remove ensuring the tree was shaped beautifully afterwards. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would highly recommend their services.
