Confirmed an 11:00 appointment. Called after 11 saying he was on his way. An hour later he texted saying he couldn’t find my house and was “done,” without ever calling for directions. Rejected my call when I tried to follow up. Very poor communication and not professional.

Jason is an artist. He will not cut corners, even if you ask him to. (Believe me, I tried!) The tile he installed in my new bathroom looks like something out of Better Homes & Gardens. I'm very happy with his work. If you are a slumlord looking for someone to do the bare minimum to get a place fit for occupancy, don't call J&R. Call if you want your kitchen or bathroom tiled in a way that will significantly add value to your property.

Jason does very good work!!!!!! He takes his time to make sure everything is perfect!!!! I would totally have him work on my house again!!!!!
