Jr Hobbs has been used on Three brand new lease-up apartment buildings that I have been the service manager on. Some of the things I went through are literal dirt in the lines, blockages, bent line sets, swapped thermostat wires, crossed up line sets, weeks long wait for warranty work, and mislabeled units to name a few things. They just slap unit number tags anywhere they want without confirming the number unit that goes with that apartment, highly irritating. Please, do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Shoddy workmanship, and totally non responsive to problems. I had a five head Daikin unit installed for our church property. After about 2 1/2 years it leaked out all the coolant. This unit takes over $1000 just to refill the coolant! It now leaks like a sieve, and the company won't return my calls or answer emails. Do not use this company unless you want to throw money in the toilet.

We recently had a renovation done with this company and have experienced ceiling drips everywhere. They took over twice as long as they originally said. Very unresponsive and unable to fix problems.

Very pleased with this company. They showed up on time, and performed the requested work without overcharging me. Extremely professional, and polite technician. This is the second time within a month that I have used this company for 2 different jobs. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work done. It will save you the time and aggravation of shopping around for someone trustworthy. I know a good review is valuable to other consumers. When I find a good company that I can trust I like to share my experience.

Timothy was very knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy with the service, and how quickly he had my house cooling down. Highly recommended. I called, and received same day excellent service, from my first call to invoicing. Thank you again!
